As someone who is in a profession where client service is paramount, I have to commend George Karalis and Karalis Construction for going above and beyond in executing the renovation of our home (a circa 1930s center entrance colonial).
George, we very much appreciated your diligence, workmanship, and professionalism in getting the job done on time, within budget, and exactly according to specifications. We also appreciated the extra care and attention you spent helping us plan our renovation and your thoughtful and careful approach to the several change orders we initiated during the course of the construction. When problems arose (unseen conditions in an older home), you immediately brought them to our attention, proposed a solution, and put us at ease with a well thought out plan.
I’d be remiss if I did not also mention that you have assembled a great crew at Karalis Construction. Your lead carpenter, Josh, is a true professional in every sense of the word. Josh’s finish carpentry skills are some of the best I’ve seen - just look at how well the new entry portico turned out, not to mention the detailed molding work around window and door surrounds, crown moldings, and tongue and grove ceilings. And Josh’s suggestions on how to improve the design and construction of our new back decks are another great example of this. We also appreciated the high level of skill and attention from your subcontractors - the plumbers, electricians, painters, and tile installation crews were all friendly, conscientious and professional. Toward the end of the job, when we moved back into our home, we very much appreciated how clean your crew were able to keep the house.
