George is the owner of Karalis Construction Inc., which was established in 2008.

In addition to his 22 years as a carpenter in residential remodeling, George also spent time as a child working on commercial job sites with his uncle in Waltham, MA.

As a project manager, George prides himself on being an excellent communicator with his clients, employees, and subcontractors.

George lives in Brookline, MA with his wife and his two daughters, and they enjoy spending time mountain biking and rock climbing.

Lead Carpenter and Site Supervisor

Josh has been practicing carpentry for over 20 years.  He has a passion for finish carpentry and is an excellent problem solver with an acute eye for detail.

Josh frequently attends industry seminars through the JLC, is a WEDI certified installer and regularly takes online classes.  Josh also has his building science certificate, HIC, and CSL licenses.

Before jumping into the world of carpentry, Josh worked as a general manager in the restaurant industry. He is an assistant cub master for the local cub scouts chapter, and enjoys hiking and camping with his wife Becky and their three children, Emma, Marley, and JD. For his 40th birthday, Josh participated in the first running with the bulls in the US, which took place in Georgia.

Rasim was born the youngest of five children in a small town in Turkey, where his mother had a huge garden and his father kept bees in his spare time when he wasn’t working as a carpenter for the railroad. Later the family moved to Istanbul, where he attended school and worked part time for an HVAC company.

When he was 18, he moved to the U.S. and worked in his sister’s family’s restaurant for many years until deciding to pursue a career in carpentry. When he isn’t at work, he has plenty of projects to keep him busy at the fixer-upper he and his wife recently bought in Watertown.

Rasim lives happily under the dictatorship of his spoiled 10-year-old German Shepherd, Scarlett, along with his wife, Katharine, and their 16-year-old tuxedo cat, Larry. He’s looking forward to getting his pilot’s license in his spare time.

Carpenter's Apprentice

Dave has been working with Karalis Construction since October 2018 and looks forward to continuing to learn and grow with the company.

He is a graduate of La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and has a degree in Sociology. While at La Salle, Dave was granted a scholarship to be on the Cross Country and Track and Field Team.  In February of 2010, he was the Atlantic 10 Conference rookie of the week.
