Is Karalis Construction Inc. licensed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, KCI holds both a Home Improvement Contractor License and a Construction Supervisor License.  Both licenses have remained in good standing with the State of Massachusetts since being issued in 2010.

Is Karalis Construction Inc. insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, KCI carries both general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance. Insurance certificates are provided to the homeowner and the town at the beginning of each project.

Does Karalis Construction Inc. use subcontractors?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Karalis Construction has trade partnerships with sub contractors.  Most of these contractors have long standing relationships with Karalis Construction.  Before a new subcontractor is hired on a KCI project, they are reviewed and approved, and are required to follow KCI best practices and procedures.
