Testimonials
Karalis Construction prides itself on strong client relationships and referrals.
As someone who is in a profession where client service is paramount, I have to commend George Karalis and Karalis Construction for going above and beyond in executing the renovation of our home (a circa 1930s center entrance colonial).
George, we very much appreciated your diligence, workmanship, and professionalism in getting the job done on time, within budget, and exactly according to specifications. We also appreciated the extra care and attention you spent helping us plan our renovation and your thoughtful and careful approach to the several change orders we initiated during the course of the construction. When problems arose (unseen conditions in an older home), you immediately brought them to our attention, proposed a solution, and put us at ease with a well thought out plan.
I’d be remiss if I did not also mention that you have assembled a great crew at Karalis Construction. We appreciated the high level of skill and attention from your subcontractors - the plumbers, electricians, painters, and tile installation crews were all friendly, conscientious and professional. Toward the end of the job, when we moved back into our home, we very much appreciated how clean your crew were able to keep the house.
We can’t thank you enough, George, for making our home into a wonderful retreat for us.

They kept us regularly updated on scheduling and maintained open communication throughout the process. I am happy to highly recommend this team to anyone looking for reliable and skilled construction services!

Overall, a fantastic experience. We're return customers, so we knew exactly what we were getting into, and things have only gotten better. In terms of communication, the new BT system seems to be working great, and George is still available to us, so that feels like a bonus.
Craftsmanship is great with this team, and all subs performed as expected (I wish we had ordered all our doors through you, since yours came back perfect and ours had some issues).
One interesting item is that oftentimes, when engaging in large projects, there are tweaks or small surprises. In this case, they were actually more positive surprises - such as being able to cut the old threshold. I appreciate how the team looks to make things better even if it is not on the original plan.
We would 100% recommend Karalis Construction, and more telling, we would absolutely use them again.

Karalis Construction has done several projects in recent years for my family including rebuilding two porches and remodeling a bathroom. George is easy to work with, a good communicator, reliable, and always follows through. His subcontractors have been skilled and courteous. The work George has done has stood the test of time!

We have worked with George and his team on several projects and couldn’t be happier with the results. The work is high quality, but more importantly they are collaborative and professional. You can tell that they care about providing a great experience and outcome.

We are so happy we chose to work with Karalis Construction on our home renovation. Throughout the project, we knew what to expect at each step and every detail was considered. The team was incredibly professional and took every precaution, both for general safety and especially in regards to COVID protocols. We love our new space and will hire them again in a heartbeat!
